目的探索成年人血脂水平与血脂异常状况及特点.方法对2011年6月至2013年5月在我院体检健康的成人2368名,其中用酶法检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG) 2368名,检测高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C) 1992名.结果男女性TC随年龄增长而增高,TC老年前期组最高;男性组TG:青年组＜中年组,其余各组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);女性组TG随年龄增长而增高;TC、TG水平男性女性组及各年龄组间均存在统计学差异(P＜0.05),其中TC水平青年、中年组男性＞女性,老年前期、老年组女性＞男性;男性HDL-C随年龄增长呈增高趋势,女性随年龄增长呈递减趋势;男性LDL-C先是随年龄增长呈增高,至进入老年则有降低的现象,女性随年龄增长呈增高趋势明显,LDL-C水平男性女性全组及各年龄组比较均存在统计学差异(P＜0.05).TC水平分层:合适范围、边缘升高、升高男性分别为55.13％、28.22％、16.64％,女性分别为63.31％、25.05％、11.65％;TG水平分层:合适范围、边缘升高、升高男性分别为59.33％、18.82％、21.85％,女性分别为82.90％、9.89％、7.21％; LDL-C水平分层:合适范围、边缘升高、升高男性分别为84.66％、11.65％、3.69％,女性分别为90.96％、6.86％、2.94％.血脂异常检出率男性组64.37％,女性组43.66％,血脂异常主要为TC及TG,且集中在中年和老年前期组.结论顺德地区健康成人血脂总体水平高,血脂异常检出率高,提示对本地区健康成人血脂异常的预防和干预迫在眉睫.

Objective To explore blood fat level and its abnormal conditions and characteristic in adults.Methods Using enzymic method to check the TC and TG levels of 2368 adults and the HDL-C and LDL-C levels of 1992 adults.All these cases were randomly selected from patients undergoing regular general health checks and those who did not present any symptoms of disease at the Chencun General Hospital from June 2011 to May 2013.Results TC level increased with age in both male and female patients.TC level in the presenior group was the highest across gender.In the male group TG level in the young age group was lower than in that in the middle age group.There were no significant differences found in the other groups (P ＞ 0.05).TG level in the female group increased with age.All groups showed significant differences (P ＜ 0.05) in TG and TC levels in both the male and female groups.The TC level in the young and middle age male groups were higher than the females in the same age groups.In the pre-senior and old age groups the TC level in females was higher than that in the males in the same age groups.Female HDL-C level would decrease with age in contrast female LDL-C level would increase with age.The male HDL-C level would increase with age,and the male LDL-C level would increase with age except the senior,whose LDL-C level would decrease.All groups showed significant differences (P ＜ 0.05) in LDL-C levels in both the male and female groups.Ranges of TC,TG and LDL-C levels were labeled:a) normal,b) marginally increased and c) significantly increased.For TC levels the percentages in the male groups were as follows:a) 55.13％,b) 28.22％ and c) 16.64％,in the female groups:a) 63.31％,b) 25.05％ and c) 11.65％,for TG levels:the percentages in male group were as follows a) 59.33％,b) 18.82％ and c) 21.85％,in the female group:a) 82.90％,b) 9.89％ and c) 7.21％,for LDL-C level:the percentages in male group were as follows:a) 84.66％,b) 11.65％ and c) 3.69％,in the female group:a) 90.96％,b) 6.86％ and c) 2.94％.Blood fat levels were abnormally elevated in 64.37％ of the males compared to 43.66％ in female group.The abnormal blood fat values concerned mainly TC and TG in pre-senior and old age group.Conclusion In the Shunde District,a large number of subjects in the present study showed abnormally elevated blood fat levels in the healthy adults.The findings of this study show urgent measures should be taken to address the problem.
