为了加强对士官成长和发展的精确化、科学化、规范化管理,提高士官队伍建设质量,设计了从一名义务兵成长为一级军士长全过程的职业规划,从扎实搞好技能教育培训、坚持严格的考核与淘汰制度和建立院校、部队联合育人制度三个方面提出了士官成长路线图实施的必要措施。
為瞭加彊對士官成長和髮展的精確化、科學化、規範化管理,提高士官隊伍建設質量,設計瞭從一名義務兵成長為一級軍士長全過程的職業規劃,從扎實搞好技能教育培訓、堅持嚴格的攷覈與淘汰製度和建立院校、部隊聯閤育人製度三箇方麵提齣瞭士官成長路線圖實施的必要措施。

To strengthen the precise, scientific and standard management of non-commissioned officers’ growth and development, and improve the construction quality of NCO ranks, this article focuses on designing the career planning for the overall growing process from a compulsory serviceman to chief master sergeant, and presenting the necessary measures for the implementation of the NCO’s growth route map, in terms of such three aspects as strengthening the skill education and training steadily, sticking to the strict evaluation and elimination system and setting up the joint education system of the academy and units.
