未决在押人员的亲属会见权是一项基本的诉讼权利，赋予并保障会见权是人道主义的要求，同时也是对羁押场所进行有效监督的手段，而且不会影响诉讼进行。国际准则和域外规则关于在押人员亲属会见权的内容较为丰富，能够给我国提供借鉴。目前，我国亲属会见权只有行政法规和最高检的司法解释予以规范；在司法实践中，成年未决在押人员的亲属会见权基本没有落实，未成年未决在押人员的亲属会见权在一定程度上得到了保障。将来应当以正式立法明确赋予未决在押人员亲属会见权，通过《刑事诉讼法》或《看守所法》的方式，把亲属会见权上升为一种法定权利，并对这种权利的行使进行必要的限制。

The right of meeting relatives for a pending detainee is a basic litigation right.Implementing this right not only meets the humanitarian request but also proves to be an effective means of supervision over the places of custody.In addition,it will not affect the lawsuit.International rules and foreign legislation about the right of meeting relatives vary,and they can serve as references for our country.At present,the right of meeting relatives is only stipulated by the administrative regulations and the judicial interpretation of Supreme Peoples Procuratorate.In the judicial practice,the rights of meeting relatives for adult pending detainees have not been carried out.But the protections of the right for juvenile pending detainees have been realized to some extent.In the future,our country can use the criminal procedure law or the law of detention center for making the right of meeting relatives into a legal right.At the same time,we should set necessary restrictions for the right of meeting relatives.
