对峡江水利枢纽坝顶拱形桥第2联现浇混凝土连续箱梁压载进行了研究,箱梁采用贝雷梁加满堂支架现浇施工,在浇筑混凝土前对支架进行预压,预压荷载为箱梁结构自重的110%。预压的目的是消除非弹性变形,得出比较准确的弹性变形数据。参照设计规范,同理论计算进行对比,得出准确数据。为施工预拱度提供可靠参数,并验证了支架的强度、刚度和稳定性。

Authors put the loading on the No. 2 box girder of arch bridge in Xiajiang Hydro-junction. The concrete of box girder is poured with bailey and full scaffold. Before the concrete pouring,a preloading is put on the scaffold, the preloading is 110% of the box girder weight. The purpose of preloading is to eliminate the inelastic deformation to obtain the accuracy elastic deformation data. By comparing the design codes and theoretical calculations,the accuracy data are obtained. The reliable parameters for the construction of camber are provided and strength, and the stiffness and stability of the support are verified.
