根据祁东煤矿6135工作面开采工程条件,运用相似材料模拟实验方法,对上覆岩层随工作面推进时的破断规律进行研究,结合经验公式和相似模拟结果综合判定了工作面上覆岩层垮落带高度范围为0~7.1 m,断裂带高度范围为7.1~30.1 m;采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件模拟得出覆岩裂隙发育区角度范围,为优化高位钻孔布置参数提供了可靠的依据。

In this paper, study was made on the rupturing law of the overburden strata with the working face advance by using the similar material simulation method according to mining conditions of 6135 fully mechanized coal face in Qidong Coal Mine. It was concluded by the comprehensive judgment according to the empirical formula and similar simulation results that the height range of the caving zone of overburden strata was about 0~7. 1 m and that of the ruptured zone was about 7. 1~30. 1 m; with FLAC3D simulation software, the angle range of the fracture development zone of the overburden strata was obtained, which provided reliable data for the optimization of high-level borehole layout parameters.
