为实现高压开关柜温湿度实时监测与预警的双重目标,以单片机为数据采集主体、Lab-VIEW 为上位机数据分析核心,建立了一套高压开关柜的温湿度在线监测系统。硬件基于 SHT11温湿度传感器和红外传感器的单片机测温系统,实时获取开关柜的温湿度数据,可计算露点温度,实现多路监测;LabVIEW 上位机实时显示温湿度曲线,通过设定阈值评价开关柜的运行状态,实现预警功能。软件采用 BP神经网络算法,预测近时段的温度数值,从而提前获取温度曲线走势,进一步提高监控效率。经过现场测试,证实该系统具备良好的交互性与实时性。

A general system for HV switch cabinet is constructed to realize dual functions of temperature and humidity on-line monitoring and temperature warning , which takes two independent modules as its core: microcontroller as the main data resources and the platform of LabVIEW for data analysis . MCU temperature measurement system with SHT11 sensor measures outer space ’ s temperature and humidity , and infrared sensor measures contact ’ s temperature . Thus , we realize a real-time access to HV switch cabinet ’ s temperature and humidity data and realize a multichannel monitoring . The LabVIEW program display the real-time tem-perature and humidity curve , and the running state of HV switchgear is judged according to pre-set threshold , which realizes the function of temperature warning . The software predicts future temperature through BP neural network algorithm , thus we by consider-ing the temperature trend improve the performance of this monitoring system . Through field-testing , satisfying interaction and instan-taneity of this system are proved .
