目的:深入了解目前群体药物动力学(population pharmacokinetic,popPK)的研究概况,客观反映相关国家在该领域的科学能力和影响力。方法:以ISI Web of Knowledge的Web of Science数据库为检索对象,检索以“population pharmacokinetic”为主题词的所有文献;采用文献计量分析的方法,分析popPK文献在国家/地区、机构、来源出版物、年发文量、年引文数和引用排名在前10位的文献。以中国知网数据库为检索对象,检索以“群体药动学”为主题词的所有中文文献并进行简要分析。结果:Web of Science数据库中检索得到11069条结果;发文量与引文数呈递增趋势;美国占发文总量的45.207%,前10名的机构中美国占有6席;Clinical Pharmacology Therapeutics等临床、药理和药动相关的杂志中载文量最多;中文文献中以北京大学、中南大学、复旦大学等综合大学发文量最多。结论:popPK目前仍是研究热点;美国在popPK研究方面占据着领先优势,西欧的发达国家紧随其后;中国与国际前沿研究间存在一定差距。

Objective: To better understand the current research of population pharmacokinetic and reflect major nation's scientific advances and influence in this field. Methods:The literatures were reviewed from Web of Science citation database (1986~2013), using the words of “population pharmacokinetic”. The results were analyzed using bibliometric method concerning the article numbers, total citations, institutes, authors, journal distribution, etc. In addition, related literatures in CNKI were also reviewed by bibliometric method. Results:11069 literatures were recorded in the Web of Science. The total number of publications and citations increased quickly from 1992 to 2012. USA has the largest number of publications, accounting for 45.027%of all related publications worldwide. Journals concerning clinic, pharmacokinetic and pharmacology were the most important and popular proportion in this field. Peking University, Central South University and Fudan University were the top 3 institutions that have the highest number of publications with the highest quality in China. Conclusion: Population pharmacokinetic has attracted more and more attention. USA played a leading role in this field, followed by Western Europe. The research in China has progressed rapidly, but still lagged behind the international peers.
