目的:对比分析应用新型弹力加压敷料与传统材料包扎体表创伤的临床疗效。方法利用大、中、小三种型号的弹力加压敷料,用以包扎全身各部位体表伤口。同时与普通棉垫、绷带相对照,比较急救医护人员包扎操作所用的时间以及伤口包扎止血的效果。结果弹力加压敷料可完成普通棉垫、绷带所有的包扎任务,急救医护人员操作的时间明显短于使用普通棉垫、绷带,P<0.05,伤口的止血效果与普通棉垫、绷带差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论此弹力加压敷料可有效地、快速地、牢固地对全身各部位体表伤口进行包扎,易于操作,可在院外急救中发挥良好的包扎作用。

목적:대비분석응용신형탄력가압부료여전통재료포찰체표창상적림상료효。방법이용대、중、소삼충형호적탄력가압부료,용이포찰전신각부위체표상구。동시여보통면점、붕대상대조,비교급구의호인원포찰조작소용적시간이급상구포찰지혈적효과。결과탄력가압부료가완성보통면점、붕대소유적포찰임무,급구의호인원조작적시간명현단우사용보통면점、붕대,P<0.05,상구적지혈효과여보통면점、붕대차이무통계학의의,P>0.05。결론차탄력가압부료가유효지、쾌속지、뢰고지대전신각부위체표상구진행포찰,역우조작,가재원외급구중발휘량호적포찰작용。
Objective To compare and investigate clinical effect of a novel elastic pressure dressing via traditional materials in bandaging the wound of body surface. Methods The elastic pressure dressings with big, middle and small types were employed to bandage wound all over the body surface. The time for the stuff of first aid to bandage the wound with them were compared with that with the absorbent cotton dressing and bandage. Additionally, the hemostatic effect of bandaging was also compared. Results The elastic pressure dressing bandaged all the wound the absorbent cotton dressing and bandage could do. The time for an emergency technician to bandaging was shorter by far than that with the absorbent cotton dressing and bandage. Moreover, the hemostatic effect of the elastic pressure dressing had no significant deviation to that of the absorbent cotton dressing and bandage ,P>0.05. Conclusion The novel elastic pressure dressing for emergency treatment is considered being effective and in bandaging wound all over the body surface quickly and firmly. It is easy for an emergency technician to operate, and worth to get it popularized in first aid practice.
