In the recent years the negative impact on emergency rescue personnel in their disaster relief mission received increasing attention. How to relieve their physical and mental damage has become one of the important subjects of emergency rescue and disaster relief training. Understanding their demand on medical knowledge, related information and psychology, this essay explored the methods on risk communication and the solution. It aims to provide practical reference for enhancing the quality of management for emergency rescue practice.
