The paper introduces a new-type gantry structure for the gantry crane.The crane beam model is built through Ansys finite element technology,for the purpose of force analysis under different conditions,so that the gantry structure load is figured out,with entity model built by Solidworks.The local entity analysis is performed through workbench;it's shown that the new gantry structure can reduce the production cost and crane weight,and provide smooth force delivery.
