应用R型聚类将23项影响企业精益生产实施效果的因素综合为6大指标，降低了指标间的相互关联及分析的复杂度。采用灰色相对关联分析法对样本企业的精益水平进行评价。结果表明，该方法能客观地找到不同企业在精益生产实施方面的差距，为企业精益实施评价提供了可借鉴的方法。

To do scientific and comprehensive appraisal to lean implementation is a crucial issue of business and theory cir -cles.23 factors affecting the implementation degree of lean production were synthesized to 6 comprehensive indexes by applying R-type cluster, so the correlation of indexes as well as the analysis complexity was reduced .Grey relative relational analysis was applied to do lean level appraisal to sample firms .Result shows that this method can point out the gap in lean level objectively for enterprises , and provide them a method of reference significant to appraise lean implementation .
