采用热水浸提法从盐肤木果实中提取多糖,研究了料液比、提取时间、提取温度对盐肤木果实多糖提取率的影响,采用L9(3^4)正交试验设计,筛选出最佳提取工艺。结果表明:盐肤木果实多糖水提法最佳提取工艺条件为浸提温度70℃、浸提时间4h、料液比1:60。

채용열수침제법종염부목과실중제취다당,연구료료액비、제취시간、제취온도대염부목과실다당제취솔적영향,채용L9(3^4)정교시험설계,사선출최가제취공예。결과표명:염부목과실다당수제법최가제취공예조건위침제온도70℃、침제시간4h、료액비1:60。
The potysaccharides was extracted from Rhuschinensis fruits by hot water extraction. Several factors, such as solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature were investigated and the appropriate extraction conditions were obtained from the orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions are as follows: extraction temperature 70 ℃, extraction time 4h and solid-liquid ratio 1 : 60.
