初步研究了莓叶委陵菜（Potentilla fragarioides L．）醇提取物对小鼠的急性毒性作用。制备莓叶委陵菜醇提物，以20ml．kg^-1剂量灌喂小鼠，莓叶委陵菜醇提取物浓度为注射器能够抽取的最大浓度，即21．50g·kg^-1，对小鼠进行灌胃，观察试验小鼠的急性毒性反应1周。结果表明，被灌胃小鼠均未出现急性毒性反应症状。可以认为，莓叶委陵菜乙醇提取物的LD50〉21．50g·kg^-1，属无毒级。

초보연구료매협위릉채（Potentilla fragarioides L．）순제취물대소서적급성독성작용。제비매협위릉채순제물，이20ml．kg^-1제량관위소서，매협위릉채순제취물농도위주사기능구추취적최대농도，즉21．50g·kg^-1，대소서진행관위，관찰시험소서적급성독성반응1주。결과표명，피관위소서균미출현급성독성반응증상。가이인위，매협위릉채을순제취물적LD50〉21．50g·kg^-1，속무독급。
The acute toxicity test of ethanol extraction from Potentilla fragarioides to mice was carried. The ethanol extraction of Potentilla ifragarioides was prepared. The mice were injected to their stomachs with the ethanol extraction of Potentilla irragarioides by a dosage of 20 ml·kg^-1 mouse weight, that is the concentration 21.50 g ·kg^-1that the maximum concentration could be drawn in injector, and then observed the toxicological reaction of mice in a week. The results showed that the tested mice all had no toxic reaction. The LD50 of Potentilla fragarioides ethanol extraction to mice was larger than 21.50 g ·kg^-1, and it belongs to nontoxic extraction.
