瓦斯抽采是从根本上治理煤矿瓦斯灾害的主要手段,准确的管路阻力计算是进行抽采设计和参数优化的前提条件,而目前理论计算和现场测试结果存在一定误差。为深入分析瓦斯抽采管路摩擦阻力特性和优化计算方法,依据流体力学达西定律和量纲理论,探讨了摩擦阻力的本质内涵和主要影响因素,指出了目前计算公式存在的不足,建立了工况条件下抽采管路摩擦阻力计算的优化方法,给出了对比新旧方法的现场应用实例。结果表明,优化方法计算结果的相对误差仅为0.6%,与现场实测阻力非常吻合。

gas drainage is the mostly measure for gas disaster prevention and cure radically , and pipeline resistance calculation is the precondition for gas drainage design and parameters optimization , however some errors are obviously between theory calcula-tion andlocal testing at present.In order to analyze the friction resistance characteristics of drainage pipeline and optimize calcula -tion method, the essence connotation and main affecting factors were discussed according to hydrodynamics Darcy 's law and di-mensional theory, and the deficiency of actual Calculation Method was pointed out , and optimization method was set up.Basing on above-mentioned analysis, optimization method was applied to scene practice contrasting primary .The results showed that optimized method was accordant with the testing with comparative error 0.6%merely.
