Stathmin蛋白具有独特的微管解聚活性，在细胞周期的调节、肿瘤发生发展及肿瘤细胞对化疗的敏感性均具有十分重要的作用。研究表明，多种恶性肿瘤中stathmin都有高水平表达。Stathmin蛋白的高表达能够影响某些作用于微管的化疗药物的疗效，抑制其表达可以提高药物疗效。 Stathmin基因对于肿瘤的临床治疗有指导意义，成为肿瘤治疗的一个分子新靶点。现就Stathmin的生物学特性、功能及与非小细胞肺癌相关性综述如下。

Because of its special function of microtubule depolymerization,Stathmin protein plays a critical role in regulation of cel cycle, tumorigenesis and chemotherapeutic sensitivity.Evidence shows that the overexpression of Stathmin was found in many kinds of malignant tumors. It has been confirmed that the overexpression of Stathmin can af ect the therapeutic response of anti-microtubule drugs,and inhibition of Stathmin expressing can improve the ef icacy of drugs.It has been an at ractive molecular target for tumor therapy.Stathmin gene has important guiding significance for the clinical treatment of tumor.This article wil review the biological characteristics,function of Stathmin and the relationship between Stathmin and non-smal cel lung cancer as below.
