目的：比较手术和碘化油注射治疗慢性复发性腮腺炎的预后，探讨其效果及应用价值。方法：回顾性分析自2006年1月至2011年1月解放军总医院口腔颌面外科共治疗的43例慢性复发性腮腺炎病例的临床效果及并发症情况，综合评价其疗效。结果：43例患者中，手术组治愈率为100%，碘化油组治愈率为68.4%，手术组优于碘化油组。碘化油组在治疗时间、出血量、对机体的损伤等方面优于手术组。结论：碘化油注射可作为慢性复发性腮腺炎的首选治疗，在多次注射治疗无效等情况下可采用手术治疗。
목적：비교수술화전화유주사치료만성복발성시선염적예후，탐토기효과급응용개치。방법：회고성분석자2006년1월지2011년1월해방군총의원구강합면외과공치료적43례만성복발성시선염병례적림상효과급병발증정황，종합평개기료효。결과：43례환자중，수술조치유솔위100%，전화유조치유솔위68.4%，수술조우우전화유조。전화유조재치료시간、출혈량、대궤체적손상등방면우우수술조。결론：전화유주사가작위만성복발성시선염적수선치료，재다차주사치료무효등정황하가채용수술치료。
Objective: To Compare the effectand value of surgery and iodized oilinjection treatment for chronic recurrent parotitis.Methods: The clinical effects and com plications of 43 cases with chronic recurrent parotitis in our department during January 2006 to January 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical effect was evaluated com prehensively. Results: In 43 cases,the cure rate of surgery is 100% ,the cure rate ofiodized oilinjection is 68.4% .The latter is lower, but the iodized oil group is superior in the treatment of time,blood loss and damage.Conclusions: Iodized oil injection can be used as the first choice for treatment of chronic recurrent parotitis,while surgical treatment can be applied after multiple injection treatmentis invalid.
