The system sampling plan,engineering sampling plan and probability sampling plan were introduced for woodchips sampling.Through studying of the basis of history statistic data of moisture,size,bark and rot from system sampling plan,the laws was found that moisture,sizes,and bark were obeyed approximately normal,and basing on the distribution,the permitted deviation of moisture was set.
