建立了使用微波溶解、离子选择电极法测定轻烧镁中氟的方法,重点研究了在对数工作曲线下判断干扰与空白,据以选择正确的试剂和基体匹配,有效消除基体干扰,使测试精度和准确度大大增加。实验表明,微波溶解试样能有效溶解试样,测试结果良好,经过正确的基体匹配可消除测试基体干扰,回收率达到85%-96%,测试方法可用于轻烧镁中低含量氟的快速测定。

A method of determination of fluoride content in calcined magnesite by microwave dissolving-ISE was set up.The interference elimination on logarithm calibration curve was studied.The results showed as follows: the samples were dissolved completely,the matrix interference,was eliminated.The recovery was 85%-96%.This method is able to rapidly determine the low content of fluoride in calcined magnesite.
