目的:评价健身气功·大舞练习与健身走锻炼对女大学生原发性痛经的疗效,并探讨健身气功·大舞干预原发性痛经的机理。方法:将136名原发性痛经的女大学生随机分为健身气功组(68名)和健身走组(68名)。观察组进行健身气功·大舞练习,对照组进行健身走锻炼,两组练习时间均为4个月经周期,观察两组疼痛评分及疗效。结果:随干预时间延长,两组疼痛评分均呈逐渐下降趋势;两组组间比较,干预后第1、2个月经周期,两组疼痛评分无明显差异(P均>0.05);在干预后第3、4个月经周期,健身气功组疼痛评分低于健身走组(P均<0.05);经4个月经周期的干预后,两组总有效率有统计学意义(<0.05);健身气功组痊愈率为75.0%,健身走组痊愈率为48.5%,两者差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:健身气功·大舞练习和健身走锻炼对原发性痛经均有显著的疗效,前者效果优于后者,且健身效应广泛,能达到防治原发性痛经目的。
目的:評價健身氣功·大舞練習與健身走鍛煉對女大學生原髮性痛經的療效,併探討健身氣功·大舞榦預原髮性痛經的機理。方法:將136名原髮性痛經的女大學生隨機分為健身氣功組(68名)和健身走組(68名)。觀察組進行健身氣功·大舞練習,對照組進行健身走鍛煉,兩組練習時間均為4箇月經週期,觀察兩組疼痛評分及療效。結果:隨榦預時間延長,兩組疼痛評分均呈逐漸下降趨勢;兩組組間比較,榦預後第1、2箇月經週期,兩組疼痛評分無明顯差異(P均>0.05);在榦預後第3、4箇月經週期,健身氣功組疼痛評分低于健身走組(P均<0.05);經4箇月經週期的榦預後,兩組總有效率有統計學意義(<0.05);健身氣功組痊愈率為75.0%,健身走組痊愈率為48.5%,兩者差異有顯著統計學意義(P<0.01)。結論:健身氣功·大舞練習和健身走鍛煉對原髮性痛經均有顯著的療效,前者效果優于後者,且健身效應廣汎,能達到防治原髮性痛經目的。
목적:평개건신기공·대무연습여건신주단련대녀대학생원발성통경적료효,병탐토건신기공·대무간예원발성통경적궤리。방법:장136명원발성통경적녀대학생수궤분위건신기공조(68명)화건신주조(68명)。관찰조진행건신기공·대무연습,대조조진행건신주단련,량조연습시간균위4개월경주기,관찰량조동통평분급료효。결과:수간예시간연장,량조동통평분균정축점하강추세;량조조간비교,간예후제1、2개월경주기,량조동통평분무명현차이(P균>0.05);재간예후제3、4개월경주기,건신기공조동통평분저우건신주조(P균<0.05);경4개월경주기적간예후,량조총유효솔유통계학의의(<0.05);건신기공조전유솔위75.0%,건신주조전유솔위48.5%,량자차이유현저통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:건신기공·대무연습화건신주단련대원발성통경균유현저적료효,전자효과우우후자,차건신효응엄범,능체도방치원발성통경목적。
Objectives:To evaluate the effect of Fitness Qigong·Big Dance and fitness walking on primary dysmenorrhea in female college students,and to investigate the its mechanism in the treatment.Method:136 fe-male students with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 68 students in each group.The observation group and the control group carried on Fitness Qigong·Big dance and fitness walking for 4 menstrual cycles respectively.Then we compared the pain scores and effects in the 2 groups.Results:With the intervention time prolonged,the pain scores of all patients decreased.No apparent differences were found in terms of pain scores in the 2 groups after the first 2 menstrual cycles (P>0.05 ),but after the third and fourth menstrual cycle,pain scores in the 2 groups were significant different (P<0.05 ).After four menstrual cycles,the total effective rates in two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05 );the recovery rate of Fitness Qigong group was 75.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the fitness walking group (48.5%) (P<0.01).Conclusion:Fitness Qigong·Big Dance and fitness walking both show effect on patients with primary dysmenorrhea,yet the former had a more significant effect,wider fitness effect and helped to achieve the goal of pre-venting primary dysmenorrhea.
