目的：观察苗医弩药针疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）的疗效。方法将60例KOA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组为苗医弩药针疗法，对照组为针刺疗法，取穴均为双膝眼，阳陵泉及膝关节局部疼痛点，每日1次，10次为1疗程，共治疗2个疗程。治疗后和治疗3个月后进行临床疗效判断，评价标准为《骨科临床疗效评价标准》及VAS疼痛视觉模拟评分。结果治疗组总有效率为86．67％，高于对照组的73．34％，治疗后3个月治疗组总有效率为93．34％，高于对照组的80．0％，治疗组与对照组组间治疗后及治疗后3个月VAS评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗时不良反应对照组有2例，治疗组有1例，未见明显特殊不适。结论苗医弩药针疗法治疗KOA临床疗效确切，优于针刺疗法。
목적：관찰묘의노약침요법치료슬관절골성관절염（KOA）적료효。방법장60례KOA환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각30례，치료조위묘의노약침요법，대조조위침자요법，취혈균위쌍슬안，양릉천급슬관절국부동통점，매일1차，10차위1료정，공치료2개료정。치료후화치료3개월후진행림상료효판단，평개표준위《골과림상료효평개표준》급VAS동통시각모의평분。결과치료조총유효솔위86．67％，고우대조조적73．34％，치료후3개월치료조총유효솔위93．34％，고우대조조적80．0％，치료조여대조조조간치료후급치료후3개월VAS평분비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료시불량반응대조조유2례，치료조유1례，미견명현특수불괄。결론묘의노약침요법치료KOA림상료효학절，우우침자요법。
Objective To observe the efficacy on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)treated with hydro-ac-upuncture of Miao medicines.Methods Sixty cases of KOA were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each one.In the treatment group,the hydro-acupuncture of Miao medicines was given.In the control group,acupuncture therapy was applied.The points were Xiyan (EX -LE4 ),Dubi (ST35)and Yanglingquan(GB34)and local painful points.The treatment was given once a day and 1 0 treat-ments made 1 session.Totally,2 sessions of treatment were required.After treatment and in 3 months after treatment,the clinical efficacy was assessed based on Assessment Criteria of Orthopedics Clinical Efficacy and VAS score.Results The total effective rate was 86.67%in the treatment group and was 73.34%in the control group.In 3 months after treatment,the total effective rate was 93.34%in the treatment group and was 80.0% in the control group.The differences in VAS scores were significant between the treatment group and the control group after treatment and in 3 months after treatment(P<0.05 ).There were 2 cases of adverse reaction in the control group and 1 case in the treatment group.The particular discomfort was not discovered apparently.Conclusion The hydro-acupuncture of Miao medicines achieves the definite clinical efficacy on KOA and the efficacy of this therapy is superior to acupuncture therapy.
