目的 探讨舒芬太尼对糖尿病大鼠离体胸主动脉收缩及抗过氧化物功能的影响. 方法 雄性糖尿病大鼠8只,每只取4段胸主动脉环,采用随机区组设计随机分为4组(每组8段):生理盐水对照组(DC组),低浓度舒芬太尼组(DS1组:7×10-H mol/L),中浓度舒芬太尼组(DS2组:2×10-10 mol/L),高浓度舒芬太尼组(DS3组:1×10-9 mol/L).采用离体血管实验法观察不同浓度舒芬太尼对去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)诱发糖尿病大鼠离体胸主动脉收缩及血管环上一氧化氮(nitrogen monoxide,NO)、丙二醛(maleic dialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)的影响. 结果 DS1组收缩幅度为(25.4±4.0)%,SOD活性为(3.8± 1.2) U/mgprot;DS2组缩幅度为(21.3±3.5)%,SOD活性为(4.9±0.8) U/mgprot; DS3组缩幅度为(17.4±2.4)%,SOD活性为(6.1±0.3) U/mgprot.与DC组比较,DS1、DS2、DS3组血管环收缩幅度降低、SOD活性增加(P<0.05);与DS1组比较,DS2、DS3组血管环收缩幅度降低、SOD活性增加(P<0.05);与DS2组比较,DS3组血管环收缩幅度降低、SOD活性增加(P<0.05). 结论 舒芬太尼对糖尿病大鼠血管收缩及抗过氧化物功能的变化具有浓度依赖性.

목적 탐토서분태니대당뇨병대서리체흉주동맥수축급항과양화물공능적영향. 방법 웅성당뇨병대서8지,매지취4단흉주동맥배,채용수궤구조설계수궤분위4조(매조8단):생리염수대조조(DC조),저농도서분태니조(DS1조:7×10-H mol/L),중농도서분태니조(DS2조:2×10-10 mol/L),고농도서분태니조(DS3조:1×10-9 mol/L).채용리체혈관실험법관찰불동농도서분태니대거갑신상선소(norepinephrine,NE)유발당뇨병대서리체흉주동맥수축급혈관배상일양화담(nitrogen monoxide,NO)、병이철(maleic dialdehyde,MDA)、초양화물기화매(superoxide dismutase,SOD)적영향. 결과 DS1조수축폭도위(25.4±4.0)%,SOD활성위(3.8± 1.2) U/mgprot;DS2조축폭도위(21.3±3.5)%,SOD활성위(4.9±0.8) U/mgprot; DS3조축폭도위(17.4±2.4)%,SOD활성위(6.1±0.3) U/mgprot.여DC조비교,DS1、DS2、DS3조혈관배수축폭도강저、SOD활성증가(P<0.05);여DS1조비교,DS2、DS3조혈관배수축폭도강저、SOD활성증가(P<0.05);여DS2조비교,DS3조혈관배수축폭도강저、SOD활성증가(P<0.05). 결론 서분태니대당뇨병대서혈관수축급항과양화물공능적변화구유농도의뢰성.
Objective To investigate the effect of sufentanil on contraction and anti peroxidative ability of thoracic aorta isolated from rats with diabetes mellitus.Methods Eight male rats with diabetes were decapitated and their thoracic aorta were i solated.The aortic rings obtained from diabetes rat were divided into 4 groups(n=8):control group and 3 sufentanil groups (7×10-11,2×10-10,1×10-9 mol/L).Vitro vascular experimental method was used to observe the effect of different concentrations of sufentanil on the norepinephrine(NE)-induced contraction of thoracic aorta from diabetic rats and the content of nitrogen monoxide(NO),maleic dialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) on the vascular ring.Results The contraction amplitude of 3 sufentanil groups was orderly (25.4±4.0)%,(21.3±3.5)% and (17.4±2.4)%.The SOD activity of 3 sufentanil groups was orderly (3.8±1.2),(4.9±0.8) U/mgprot and (6.1±0.3) U/mgprot.The contraction amplitude of thoracic aorta from 3 sufentanil groups was significantly lesser than that from control group,the level of SOD activity was higher in 3 sufentanil groups than in control group.Sufentanil significantly inhibited the NE-induced aortic contraction and changed the SOD activity in proportion to concentration.Conclusions Sufentanil can inhibit NE-induced contraction and change the anti peroxidative ability of thoracic aorta isolated from rats with diabetes mellitus in a concentration-dependent manner.
