根据有限元方法运用有限元分析软件Nastran建立单绳单筒缠绕式矿井提升机模型,并以轴承底座、主轴和左、右两个支轮作为优化对象进行动态响应分析。在保证零件的强度和刚度要求下,每个零件的质量均有所降低,为该零件的轻量化设计提供了参考依据。
根據有限元方法運用有限元分析軟件Nastran建立單繩單筒纏繞式礦井提升機模型,併以軸承底座、主軸和左、右兩箇支輪作為優化對象進行動態響應分析。在保證零件的彊度和剛度要求下,每箇零件的質量均有所降低,為該零件的輕量化設計提供瞭參攷依據。

With finite element method (FEM), a single rope-single tank intertwined type of mine hoist model is created on the basis of the software Nastran, and then a dynamic response analysis is conducted on the proposed model. On the premise of ensuring the strength and the stiffness, the bearing base, main shaft and the left and right sub-wheels are taken as the optimized objects. The numerical result demonstrates that the mass of each component is reduced respectively, which provides a practice guidance for the light weight design and development of the proposed model.
