利用速度瞬心法和虚位移原理分别对3种液压缸布置型式的剪叉式升降台进行运动学及动力学分析,得出液压缸活塞运动速度与升降台升降速度的关系式以及液压缸推(拉)力与升降载荷的关系式,并利用Matlab结合升降台实例对3种液压缸布置型式下的升降台升降速度及恒定载荷下的液压缸推(拉)力随升降高度的变化规律进行对比分析,为液压缸的选型及布置优化提供一定的理论依据。
利用速度瞬心法和虛位移原理分彆對3種液壓缸佈置型式的剪扠式升降檯進行運動學及動力學分析,得齣液壓缸活塞運動速度與升降檯升降速度的關繫式以及液壓缸推(拉)力與升降載荷的關繫式,併利用Matlab結閤升降檯實例對3種液壓缸佈置型式下的升降檯升降速度及恆定載荷下的液壓缸推(拉)力隨升降高度的變化規律進行對比分析,為液壓缸的選型及佈置優化提供一定的理論依據。

In this article , the kinematics and dynamics analysis on the scissors lifting platform with 3 types of hydraulic cylinder layout patterns is conducted respectively by using the method of instantaneous velocity center and the principle of virtual displacement , from which the relation between the speed of hydraulic cylinder piston and the speed of lifting platform as well as that between the thrust of hydraulic cylinder and the lifting load is generated .Then the laws how the lifting speed and the thrust under the constant lifting load change with the lifting height changes of the scissors lifting platform with 3 types of hydraulic cylinder arranging patterns are analyzed correspondingly by using Matlab with an example , which provides some theoretical basis for the selection and layout optimization of the hydraulic cylinder .
