中国共产党成功地完成了从革命向执政的历史转变，党的建设是贯穿于其中的一条主线，建设学习型、服务型、创新型即“三型”政党则构成了党建的主要内容。以时代背景、思维方式、党员群体、建设重点为着力点，对建设“三型”政党进行比较分析，有助于更加全面深入地总结党的建设经验和规律。

The Communist Party of China has successfully achieved the historic transition from the revolutionist to the ruling party in which the main line is the party' s construction, and the major task is to build a“three-type” party, that is the learning party, service-oriented party and the innovative party. Based on the historical background, thinking mode, the group of party members, as well as the construction emphasis, the thesis' s specific analysis of the construction of the “three-type” party is conducive to summarize the party building' s experience and regulation more intensively and comprehensively.
