在制造系统中,不同产品加工路线的选择、设备布局等的优化设计对提高系统的整体运营效率有重大影响。运用组合优化思想,借助全局搜索、0-1规划、模拟退火智能搜索等多种优化算法,运用矩阵迭代,加工路线向量化等处理方法,利用Matlab数学软件编程,经过反复迭代筛选,确定了每种产品对应的最优加工路线以及机器一对一放置方案,使该车间在生产过程中物料移动的总运量最小。

Tn the manufacturing system,the selection of the product manufacturing routes and the optimized de-sign of the equipment layout had a significant effect on improving the overall system operation efficiency. The opti-mal manufacturing route of every product was determined by application of combinatorial optimization theory with the global search,0-1 programming,the simulated annealing intelligent search and the processing method of matrix iteration under the assistance of programming with matlab mathematical software after repeated iterative screening. A one-to-one placement of machines was also determined by this method to minimize the total amount of the materials that were transferred in the workshop.
