阐述了光伏半导体制冷系统的工作原理,为测试光伏半导体制冷系统的性能,研制了1台光伏半导体冷箱样机,并详细介绍了系统的设计思路;通过搭建实验台,在不同环境温度下测试了该样机的实际运行性能,得到了该样机箱体内所能达到的最低温度,依据实验结果得到了系统的性能系数。实验结果表明,光伏半导体制冷系统适合作为食品、饮料的冷藏箱使用;在炎热的夏季,该样机箱内温度可控制在6~12℃,制冷系统COP达到0.28~0.32。

천술료광복반도체제랭계통적공작원리,위측시광복반도체제랭계통적성능,연제료1태광복반도체랭상양궤,병상세개소료계통적설계사로;통과탑건실험태,재불동배경온도하측시료해양궤적실제운행성능,득도료해양궤상체내소능체도적최저온도,의거실험결과득도료계통적성능계수。실험결과표명,광복반도체제랭계통괄합작위식품、음료적랭장상사용;재염열적하계,해양궤상내온도가공제재6~12℃,제랭계통COP체도0.28~0.32。
The working principle of the photovoltaic semiconductor refrigeration system was introduced,a proto-type was designed to test its refrigeration performance,and the design idea was detailed. A test bed for the prototype was built in different ambient temperatures. The experimental results showed that internal air temperature of the pro-totype can be maitained within 6-12 ℃,which meets cold storage of the foods and beverages,simultaneously the COP of the refrigerating system can reach 0. 28-0. 32 during hot summer days.
