Brain natriuretic peptides(BNP)%persistent atrial fibrillation(AF)%radiofrequency ablation for AF
目的:观察持续性房颤(AF)患者在导管消融术前后脑钠肽(BNP)水平的变化。方法选择36例持续性AF患者,36例窦性心律的健康人群作为对照组。AF患者根据手术复发与否分为成功组28例,复发组8例;测定AF组和对照组在消融前后BNP水平。结果持续性AF组术前BNP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);成功组 BNP水平消融前明显低于复发组(P<0.01)。消融术后2 h、术后3月BNP较术前明显下降(P<0.01);复发组消融2h后BNP明显低于消融前(P<0.01),AF复发后BNP又升高(P<0.01),接近消融前水平。结论 BNP水平对持续性AF患者预测和评估消融后AF复发有着重要的临床价值。

목적:관찰지속성방전(AF)환자재도관소융술전후뇌납태(BNP)수평적변화。방법선택36례지속성AF환자,36례두성심률적건강인군작위대조조。AF환자근거수술복발여부분위성공조28례,복발조8례;측정AF조화대조조재소융전후BNP수평。결과지속성AF조술전BNP수평명현고우대조조(P<0.01);성공조 BNP수평소융전명현저우복발조(P<0.01)。소융술후2 h、술후3월BNP교술전명현하강(P<0.01);복발조소융2h후BNP명현저우소융전(P<0.01),AF복발후BNP우승고(P<0.01),접근소융전수평。결론 BNP수평대지속성AF환자예측화평고소융후AF복발유착중요적림상개치。
Objective Toobservethelevelofbloodbrainnatriureticpeptides(BNP)inpatientswith persistentatrialfibrillation(AF)beforeandaftercatheterablation.Methods Atotalof36patientswith persistent AF,including 28 successful surgeries and eight recurrent cases,and 36 healthy controls with normal sinus rhythm were recruited.BNP level in AF and control groups was measured before and after catheterablation.Results BNPlevelwassignificantlyhigherinpersistentAFgroupthanthatofcontrol group before surgery (P<0.01).Successful surgery group showed distinctly lower BNP level compared with recurrent group before ablation (P <0.01 ).BNP level at 2 h after ablation was markedly lower than that before ablation in recurrent group (P <0.01 ),which enhanced after AF recurrence (P <0.01 )and was comparabletothatbeforeablation(P<0.01).Conclusion BNPlevelinpatientswithpersistentAFisof clinical importance in prediction and evaluation of AF recurrence after ablation.
