为实施农村“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”的新农村面貌要求，把西昌市安哈镇长板桥村建设成人与自然和谐、彝族特色浓郁、基础设施完善、村庄环境整洁等稳定发展的“彝家新寨”范式新农村。本文通过对该村的基本情况、产业发展现状以及产业发展市场的具体分析，探析出了该村实施“彝家新寨”范式建设的优势并提出了相应的建议和对策。

In order to reach the new countryside requirement of production development, comfortable life, rural civilization, clean and tidy village and democratic management, Changbanqiao village of Anha town in Xichang is supposed to be constructed into a stably developing normal form of the new villages of“New Village of the Yi Nationality”which brands harmony of human beings and the nature, abundant Yi nationality feature, perfect infrastructure and cleanness of the village environment. Focus on concrete analysis of basic information, business developing situation and industrial development market, this research explores and analyzes advantages for normal form construction of"New Village of the Yi Nationality",corresponding suggest and measures are provided.
