目的:探讨肿瘤抑制因子KISS-1蛋白和血管内皮生长因子 VEGF 在肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测31例肾透明细胞癌组织和15例正常肾组织中 KISS-1蛋白和 VEGF的表达。结果在肾透明细胞癌组织和正常肾组织中KISS-1蛋白阳性表达率分别为29.0%和60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P !0.05);在肾透明细胞癌组织和正常肾组织中VEGF阳性表达率分别为80.6%和46.7%,差异有统计学意义(P !0.05);两者的表达均与肾透明细胞癌不同分化程度、分期、浸润和转移有关(P !0.05);肾透明细胞癌中KISS-1、VEGF的表达呈显著负相关(r=-5.086,P!0.05)。结论 KISS-1蛋白低表达与VEGF高表达可能与肾透明细胞癌的发生及浸润转移有密切关系。

목적:탐토종류억제인자KISS-1단백화혈관내피생장인자 VEGF 재신투명세포암조직중적표체급림상의의。방법채용면역조직화학법검측31례신투명세포암조직화15례정상신조직중 KISS-1단백화 VEGF적표체。결과재신투명세포암조직화정상신조직중KISS-1단백양성표체솔분별위29.0%화60.0%,차이유통계학의의(P !0.05);재신투명세포암조직화정상신조직중VEGF양성표체솔분별위80.6%화46.7%,차이유통계학의의(P !0.05);량자적표체균여신투명세포암불동분화정도、분기、침윤화전이유관(P !0.05);신투명세포암중KISS-1、VEGF적표체정현저부상관(r=-5.086,P!0.05)。결론 KISS-1단백저표체여VEGF고표체가능여신투명세포암적발생급침윤전이유밀절관계。
Objective ToinvestigatetheexpressionsandsignificancesofKISS-1andVEGFinrenal clearcellcarcinomatissuesanditsclinicalsignificance.Methods Immunohistochemicaldetectionof31 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma and 15 patients with normal kidney tissue and protein KISS-1 and VEGF expression.Results InrenalclearcellcarcinomaandexpressionofKISS-1proteininrenaltissuesof normal positive rate were 29% and 60%,a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);in renal clear cell carcinoma and normal kidney tissue VEGF expression in 80.6% and 46.7%,respectively,a statistically significant difference(P<0.05 );low undifferentiated,Ⅲ ~Ⅳ and lymph node metastasis in human renal clear cell carcinoma of the KISS-1 expression of differentiation than high schools,respectively,secondary and no lymph node metastasis of Ⅰ~Ⅱ low and undifferentiated,phase Ⅲ ~Ⅳ renal clear cell carcinoma and lymph node metastasis in the differentiation of VEGF expression level than high schools,respectively, secondary and no lymph node metastasis of I ~high. And both expressions are a significant negative correlation(r=-5.086,P<0.05).Conclusion abnormalexpressionofKISS-1protein,VEGFmaybe associated with renal clear cell carcinoma and closely related to invasion and metastasis.
