乌吐布拉克铁矿床属急倾斜中厚的低品位矿体,矿山采用分段凿岩阶段矿房法回采矿体,矿石回采率为75%,经济效益不高.针对该矿体的赋存条件和特点,决定对现有采矿法的结构参数进行改进,增加矿柱回收工艺,并开展了采矿方法工业试验.工业试验表明,改进后的采矿方法其采切比为42.4 m3/(103 t),矿石回采率从原有的75%提高至85%,明显改善了主要技术经济指标,并提高了采场生产能力.

The ore deposit of Wutublake Iron Mine belongs to steeply dipping,medium thick and low-grade orebodies.As the mining method used to be sublevel drilling and stage stoping,the rate of recovery is too low to recover economically.Regarding the characteristics of occurrence conditions,the decision was made to improve the structural parameters of the existing method and add a pillar recovery process to the modified method.The new mining method is carried out as an industrial test,it indicates that the ratio of extraction-to-cut is 42.4 m3/(103 t),and recovery rate has increased to 85% from 75%.It shows that the main techno -economic indexes including production capacity has been improved significantly.
