传统小口径舰炮的弹鼓装弹量有限,为保证射击后能够及时补弹,设计了一种新型弹箱,能够在低功耗的基础上实现自动化快速、连续补弹。介绍了弹箱的工作原理,利用 CATIA建立弹箱的三维模型,并完成装配。考虑补弹过程中炮弹受力不能过大,通过 ADAMS对该弹箱进行运动学仿真分析,重点分析了炮弹运动过程中的受力情况。分析表明:该弹箱能够实现自动的快速、连续补弹,从而提高补弹的速度,为今后补弹技术的研究发展奠定了基础。

Due to the ammunition load capacity of a drum in traditional small caliber naval gun is limited,a new kind of ammunition box was designed in order to ensure the quickly and con-tinuously ammunition supplement after gun firing under the basis of the low power consump-tion.The operating principle of the ammunition box was introduced.The 3D model of the am-munition box was established by use of CATIA and the assembly was completed.Considering the force of supplement process of elastic shells can not be too large,the kinematics simulation and analysis of the ammunition box were performed with the help of ADAMS.The stress anal-ysis of the ammunition in the process of projectile motion was emphasized.The analysis showed that the ammunition box can realize the ammunition supplement automatically,rapidly and continually,and it can enhance the velocity of ammunition supplement.The study can provide the basis for the research and development of ammunition supplement technology in the future.
