在某型顶置武器站的发射过程中,其非线性因素会对射击精度产生不可忽略的影响。在建立整炮发射动力学模型时,考虑了主要部件材料非线性的影响,将身管、弹丸、支撑架、耳轴和托架处理成柔性体;考虑了发射过程中部件相对运动的接触非线性的影响,在身管与支撑架间、自动机与摇架间、耳轴轴承滚珠与内外导轨间、上下座圈与滚珠间添加接触副;对全炮进行了单发射击的动力学仿真,利用实测数据对模型准确度进行验证,最后以三连发炮口振动特性为算例进行仿真计算。该仿真为顶置武器站定型试验提供理论参考。

In the launching process of a Overhead Weapon Station (OWS),the nonlinear fac-tors have a significant effect on the firing accuracy.Material nonlinear effect of the main parts was considered to establish the OWS launching dynamics model.Main parts such as gun bar-rel,projectile,supporting frame,trunnion and bracket were treated as flexible bodies.The in-fluence of the contact nonlinear was also considered between the moving bodies during the process of fire.Contact couples were added between gun barrel and supporting frame,auto-matic mechanism and cradles,trunnion and idler pulleys,seat ring and ball bearings.The dy-namics simulation of the whole gun during single fire was carried out,the simulation results was compared with test data,and the preciseness of the prototype model was demonstrated by use of the practice data.Finally,the simulation and calculation of muzzle vibration features taken as an example were performed by means of three-round burst firing.The simulation can provide the theoretic reference for the approval test of OWS.
