为了响应“走出去”战略，某大型民营企业投资莫桑比克金矿，虽然具备了很多条件，但是最终没有找到可供规模开采的工业矿体，给我们带来了以下几点启示：一是莫桑比克的资料可信度低；二是非洲大地砂金矿遍地，但是并非都有岩金矿体存在；三是利用化探找金，要研究元素分带和剥蚀深度的问题；四是找矿工作必须循序渐进，不能操之过急；五是地质找矿是高科技行业，人才是矿业投资成败的关键。

In response to the“going out”strategy, a large-scale private enterprise to invest in Mozambique gold mine, although with many conditions, but in the end they did not ifnd industrial ore body for the scale mining. That brings the following enlightenments to us:(1) the data of Mozambique has low reliability;(2) placer gold spread all over the Africa, but there is not gold ore body;(3) use geochemical prospecting for gold, need to study the element zoning and denudation depth problem;(4) the prospecting work must be step by step, can not act with undue haste;(5) the geological prospecting is a high-tech industry, talents are the key to the success or failure of mining investment.
