在pH 7.0的缓冲体系中,维生素K3使得三聚氰胺的荧光发生明显猝灭.在激发波长为256 nm,发射波长为366 nm处,三聚氰胺荧光猝灭程度在一定范围内与维生素K3的浓度成正比,从而建立了荧光猝灭法测定痕量维生素K3的新方法.方法的线性范围为0.10-10.00 mg/L,检出限为0.085 mg/L,方法已应用于实际样品的测定.

A new fluorescence quenching method was developed for the determination of vitamin K3 based on its notable quenching effect on the fluorescence of melamine in pH 7.0 buffer medium.The fluorescence quenching value of melamine was proportional to the concentration of vitamin K3 in a certain range.The excita-tion and emission wavelengths were 256 nm and 366 nm,respectively.The linear range for the determination of vitamin K3 is 0.10-10.00 mg/L.The detection limit is 0.085 mg/L.The method has been applied in the de-termination of vitamin K3 in real samples with satisfactory results.
