通过乳液聚合法合成印花用含硅丙烯酸酯乳液,采用正交试验方法研究了各制备时间对印花性能的影响,得出了较佳的制备工艺:预乳化时间是1 h,成核反应时间为1 h,核壳聚合反应时间为2 h,保温时间为2 h,制备的含硅丙烯酸酯乳液印花性能干擦牢度达4.5级、湿擦牢度3级、热压牢度4级、水洗牢度4.5级。
通過乳液聚閤法閤成印花用含硅丙烯痠酯乳液,採用正交試驗方法研究瞭各製備時間對印花性能的影響,得齣瞭較佳的製備工藝:預乳化時間是1 h,成覈反應時間為1 h,覈殼聚閤反應時間為2 h,保溫時間為2 h,製備的含硅丙烯痠酯乳液印花性能榦抆牢度達4.5級、濕抆牢度3級、熱壓牢度4級、水洗牢度4.5級。

The siloxane emulsion was synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The effect of different preparation time on performances of printing was studied by orthogonal experiment. The result showed that when the pre-emulsifying time was 1 hours, the nucleation reaction time was 1 hours, core-shell polymerization reaction time was 2 hours, the holding time was 2 hours, the dry and wet color fastness to rubbing were level 4 ~ 5 and 3 respectively, the color fastness to hot pressing was level 4, the color fastness to soaping was level 4~5.
