根据土岩爆破中爆破飞石危害效应影响众多且难准确测定的特点,通过引入未确知测度方法,建立了爆破飞石的安全评价模型,并结合工程实例,对某土岩爆破工程中飞石的危害效应进行了基于未确知测度理论的安全评价。评价分析表明:基于未确知测度的爆破飞石安全评价模型,采用信息熵确定评价指标权重,在识别准则的确定上采用置信度识别准则,将各因素对爆破飞石危害效应的影响程度定量化,使评价结果更具客观性,为合理有效地控制爆破飞石的危害效应提供了决策依据。

According to the uncertainty characteristics of comprehensive action during each influencing factors of the harmful effects of fly-rock in the current rock blasting,the uncertainty measurement theory was introduced to build a safety evaluation model of rock blasting fly-rock,then this model was used to evaluate the harmful effects of blasting fly-rock in one earthwork blasting. The evaluation analysis show that:the information entropy and confidence identifying criterion were respectively used to ascertain the evaluation index weight and identifying criterion,by these ways,the unascertained degree of each effect factor was quantitative,so the evaluation results of this model are more objective,all of these provide decision basis for reasonable and effective controlling for the harmful effects of the blas-ting fly-rock.
