采用控制爆破技术对连霍高速上的门式刚构天桥进行分块爆破拆除。待拆桥为钢筋混凝土结构,长46.5 m,高5.5 m。爆破环境复杂,待爆破桥与新建的桥相距仅10 m,且桥上空有电线。要求在前期施工阶段公路保持畅通,爆破开始时封路12 h,并且要求高速路路面和设施无损坏,12 h后必须恢复路面畅通。所以在保持桥塌落的情况下,飞石防护、减小触地振动、保护路面和爆破后及时路面畅通是关键考虑的问题。简介了天桥的桥体分块爆破方案、微差起爆方案及主要钢筋的聚能切割爆破方案,介绍了爆破过程中对爆破振动、爆破飞石、桥体触地冲击振动的控制防护技术。

The rigid frame bridge on the Lian-huo highway needed demolition by controlled blasting technology. The bridges was the reinforced concrete structure,with length 46. 5 m and height 5. 5 m. The surrounding was com-plex,as the distance between blasting bridge and new bridge no more than 10 m,and electricity wire over the blasting bridge. The highway should be kept smoothly in the early stage of construction,and closed 12 hours since the blas-ting. In addition,no damage should be made on the high-speed road pavement and facilities. After 12 hours,the smooth road must be restored. So,some important factors should be taken into account,including keeping the bridge collapse,the protection of flying rock,reducing vibration,protection of the pavement and the road smooth after blas-ting. The blasting breakage scheme,the millisecond blasting scheme,the shaped cutting blasting scheme of main re-bar of overpass bridge were considered,and the security protection technology of blasting vibration,blasting flying rock,bridge body shock vibration during blasting were also controlled.
