爆破后矿岩块度具有分形特征,基于此推导了碎块筛下累计频率百分比到筛下累计质量百分比间的转换关系式,建立了以块度频率为参数的质量分布函数,提出了矿岩流动特性模型试验的质量配比关系式。研究结果表明:(1)块度频率分布与函数之间具有数学可行性,能够为矿石块度频率分布与质量分布间建立一种关系。(2)铜坑矿崩落法采矿爆堆碎块筛下累计频率百分比数据服从R-R分布,爆破后未出矿、出50豫矿量和临近截止出矿时爆堆的特征块度值分别为64.6 mm、64 mm和213.4 mm。(3)铜坑矿崩落法工艺参数优化相似模型实验的矿石颗粒配比为:0~0.6 mm、0.6~1.18 mm、1.18~2.36 mm、2.36~4.75mm、4.75~6 mm粒径区间矿石颗粒质量百分比分别为1.4豫、9。3豫、37。5豫、38。4豫和13。4豫。

Fractal is one of features of ore after blasting fragmentation. Based on this,the conversion relationship was deduced between cumulative frequency size percentage and cumulative mass percentage of particles. The mass distribution function was established on the fragmentation frequency as parameters. And the mass ratio was proposed in the model experiment for studying particles flow characteristics. The results dedicated that:(1)A function could be used to describe frequency distribution of particles dimension. And a relationship function was established between frequency dimension and mass distribution of particles.(2)Data of cumulative frequency percentage obeyed R-R distribution model under size of blasting particles in Tongkeng mine. Feature fragmentation values were 64. 6 mm,64 mm and 213. 4 mm respectively,in the time of ore pile no drawing,50% drawing and at the end of drawing.(3)Mass ratio of particles was provided according to the results to the similarity model experiment,which aimed for optimizing structure parameters of sublevel caving method in Tongkeng mine,there were 0~0. 6 mm corresponding to 1. 4%,0. 6~1. 18 mm corresponding to 9. 3%,1. 18~2. 36 mm corresponding to 37. 5% ,2. 36~4. 75 mm corresponding to 38. 4%,4. 75~6 mm corresponding to 13. 4%.
