介绍我国电力金具的发展状况及发展前景,提出目前耐张线夹常见的故障及常用的诊断方法。针对某断路器出现保护动作跳闸,重合闸动作不成功的状况,经排查发现某耐张线夹引流段搭接处烧断脱落。通过材质分析、宏观分析、能谱分析、 X射线分析得出结论螺栓在运行过程中严重锈蚀、松动,螺栓和铝板之间发生放电,在电流过大时螺栓和铝板发生熔化所致。最后给出预防耐张线夹故障的措施。
