针对绿色供应链管理问题,建立改进的绿色供应链综合绩效评价体系,运用模糊TOPSIS方法构建模糊加权评价矩阵,计算出了各方案与理想解之间的相对贴近度,从而比较不同方案之间的差别,为供应链绩效的评价提供重要决策依据。实证分析验证了该方法的实用性和有效性。

Aiming at the problem of green supply chain management, an improved comprehensive green supply chain performance evaluation system was established, and the fuzzy TOPSIS method was used to build weighted fuzzy evaluation matrix to calculate the relative closeness degree between the programs and the ideal solution , so as to compare the differences between different solutions, and provide important decision basis for the supply chain performance evaluation. Finally, the empirical analysis verified the practicality and effectiveness of the method.
