利用商品粉状靛蓝和等量的液体分散靛蓝,通过中心合成实验法对染料还原过程中的影响因素即还原温度、还原时间、保险粉和烧碱用量进行实验设计,以织物染色性能、摩擦色牢度、织物强力为主要评价因素,得出各自的最优染色方案.在最优方案下,对比2种染料各自染色织物的拉曼特性及染液COD值.结果表明:液体分散靛蓝染料最优还原条件为还原温度40℃,还原时间46 min,保险粉质量浓度126 g/L,烧碱质量浓度98 g/L;而商品粉状靛蓝的最优还原条件为还原温度56℃,还原时间26 min,保险粉质量浓度165 g/L,烧碱质量浓度108 g/L.液体分散靛蓝染液的COD值为2414 mg/L,粉状靛蓝染液的COD值为2552 mg/L,2种染料各自染色后织物的拉曼光谱基本相同,但液体分散靛蓝的K/S值比粉状靛蓝高10%左右.

Based on the same dosage of indigo, the indigo reduction processes were designed using the central composite experimental method for commercial powder indigo and liquid dispersing indigo respectively , and the reduction temperature, time, dosage of sodium hydrosulfite and caustic soda were used as response factors. The K/S value, friction color fastness and tensile strength of dyed fabrics were used to evaluate the reduction systems to obtain the optimal conditions for both powder and liquid dispersion indigo. Under the optimal conditions , Raman spectroscopy and dyebath COD values of the dyed fabric were compared. It is concluded that the optimal reduction condition for liquid dispersion indigo is reduction temperature of 40 ℃, the reduction time 46 min, dosage of sodium hydrosulfite of 126 g/L, dosage of caustic soda of 98 g/L;the optimal reduction condition for powder indigo is reduction temperature of 56℃, the reduction time 26 min, dosage of sodium hydrosulfite of 165 g/L, dosage of caustic soda of 108 g/L. The dyebath COD value of liquid indigo is 2 414 mg/L, that of powder indigo is 2 552 mg/L. The Raman spectra of two kinds of dyeings are basically the same , however the K/S value of liquid indigo dyed fabric is by 10%more than one of powder indigo.
