采用PCR测序方法研究了152只阿勒泰羊群体Myf5基因多态性及其与群体生长发育性状的相关性。结果表明:在阿勒泰羊Myf5基因中存在3个多态位点,即位于Myf5基因第1外显子区域的19-CCT Ins/Del、第4外显子区域的C-109G以及C-383T;在这些位点均存在3种基因型。多态位点与体重和日增重的相关性分析表明,仅SNP位点C-383T与体重和平均日增重具有相关性(P<0.05),不同基因型体重和日增重排序为TT<CT<CC。说明Myf5基因该位点可能是影响阿勒泰羊生长发育性状的主效QTL或与之紧密连锁,可作为阿勒泰羊肥羔生产的候选分子标记。

A population 152 Aletai sheep were used to study the polymorphism of Myf 5 gene and its association with body weight traits by PCR sequencing technique.The results showed that there were three mutations in My f 5 gene,locating in the 19-CCT Ins/Del of exon 1,C-109G and C-383T of exon 4 respectively;every locus had three genetypes.The association between the poly-morphisms and body weight traits showed that only the polymorphism of C-383T and the body weight,the averagely daily gain had significant associations(P<0.05),the average body weight of the three genotypes were TT<CT<CC.It indicated that Myf 5 gene might be the main QTL affecting the growth traits in Aletai sheep or linking with it,and could be used as candidate marker for lamb production.
