通过现场测试韶钢三炼钢7号卧式钢包烘烤器和一炼钢4号立式钢包烘烤器运行情况,研究了蓄热式钢包烘烤器的烘烤能力、烘烤温度均匀性、空气预热温度、燃烧性能及污染物排放等特性。测试结果表明:韶钢蓄热式钢包烘烤装置的烘烤温度能达到1100℃以上,煤气利用效率约为30%,烟气中NOx 排放浓度为64×10-6。
通過現場測試韶鋼三煉鋼7號臥式鋼包烘烤器和一煉鋼4號立式鋼包烘烤器運行情況,研究瞭蓄熱式鋼包烘烤器的烘烤能力、烘烤溫度均勻性、空氣預熱溫度、燃燒性能及汙染物排放等特性。測試結果錶明:韶鋼蓄熱式鋼包烘烤裝置的烘烤溫度能達到1100℃以上,煤氣利用效率約為30%,煙氣中NOx 排放濃度為64×10-6。
통과현장측시소강삼련강7호와식강포홍고기화일련강4호입식강포홍고기운행정황,연구료축열식강포홍고기적홍고능력、홍고온도균균성、공기예열온도、연소성능급오염물배방등특성。측시결과표명:소강축열식강포홍고장치적홍고온도능체도1100℃이상,매기이용효솔약위30%,연기중NOx 배방농도위64×10-6。
The working situation of No.7 horizontal ladle roaster and No.4 vertical ladle roaster in No.3 and No.1 steelmaking works respectively was tested .Though the test , studied some characteris-tics of the regenerative ladle roaster , such as the heating capacity , the temperature uniformity , the temperature of preheating air , the performance of combustion and composition of exhaust gas , etc.The test results show that ladle heat temperature reached above 1100℃, efficiency of gas utilization up to 30%, NOx emissions as low as 64 ×10 -6.
