水资源已成为制约经济与环境可持续发展的重要因素,节水减排降低吨钢用水成本具有重要意义。通过分析吨钢用水总成本的构成,建立钢铁企业吨钢用水成本数学模型。应用模型对近十年钢铁企业吨钢用水成本变化及典型钢铁企业吨钢用水成本分析,得到影响吨钢用水成本的主要因素及原因,找到节水减排、降低吨钢用水成本的方法。

Water resource has become an important factor for the sustainable development of economy and environment , water-saving, emissions reduction and reducing water cost per ton steel is of great significance .By analyzing the composition of water total cost per ton steel , the iron and steel enterprise mathematical model of water cost was developed .We can get the main influencing factors and reasons for the water cost per ton steel by analyzing a typical iron and steel enterprise and the change of the wa -ter cost per ton steel a decade , find a way to saving water , emission reduction and reducing water cost per ton steel .
