为了解决焦炉荒煤气显热回收中换热效果差、难以持续稳定等一系列问题,对焦炉荒煤气显热回收关键取热设备上升管进行热力计算,结合CFD软件后处理fluent选用标准k-ε湍流模型和Do辐射模型进行模拟仿真,并将热力计算结果与仿真模拟结果进行对比分析。结果表明:热力计算结果与模拟计算结果基本相吻合;不同流量下荒煤气温度变化不一样,流量越小,荒煤气沿程温度变化越快,其出口温度越低;随着荒煤气流量的减小,对流换热系数逐渐减小,辐射传热系数所占比重逐渐增大。
為瞭解決焦爐荒煤氣顯熱迴收中換熱效果差、難以持續穩定等一繫列問題,對焦爐荒煤氣顯熱迴收關鍵取熱設備上升管進行熱力計算,結閤CFD軟件後處理fluent選用標準k-ε湍流模型和Do輻射模型進行模擬倣真,併將熱力計算結果與倣真模擬結果進行對比分析。結果錶明:熱力計算結果與模擬計算結果基本相吻閤;不同流量下荒煤氣溫度變化不一樣,流量越小,荒煤氣沿程溫度變化越快,其齣口溫度越低;隨著荒煤氣流量的減小,對流換熱繫數逐漸減小,輻射傳熱繫數所佔比重逐漸增大。
위료해결초로황매기현열회수중환열효과차、난이지속은정등일계렬문제,대초로황매기현열회수관건취열설비상승관진행열력계산,결합CFD연건후처리fluent선용표준k-ε단류모형화Do복사모형진행모의방진,병장열력계산결과여방진모의결과진행대비분석。결과표명:열력계산결과여모의계산결과기본상문합;불동류량하황매기온도변화불일양,류량월소,황매기연정온도변화월쾌,기출구온도월저;수착황매기류량적감소,대류환열계수축점감소,복사전열계수소점비중축점증대。
Combined with post-processing CFD software fluent , norm k-εturbulence model and Do radiation model , thermodynamic calculation for the key heat removal equipment ascension pipe of coke oven gas sensible heat recovery was made to resolve sensible heat recovery of coke oven gas has the problem of heat transfer is poor , difficult to steady and so on .The thermodynamic calculation results and simulation results were analyzed .The results show that the thermodynamic calculation results and the simulation results are identical with each other .The temperature of coke oven gas change different-ly under different flow rate , the temperature of coke oven gas along route change faster and the outlet temperature is lower with the quantity of coke oven gas is more and more smaller .Convective heat transfer coefficient decreases and radiation heat transfer coefficient is gradually increasing proportion with the decrease of the quantity of coke oven gas .
