转炉少渣冶炼工艺主要特点是采用留渣法提高转炉吹炼前期(脱磷期)的脱磷率并放渣,减少二次吹炼期间(脱碳期)的造渣料加入量并提高终渣脱磷率,从而达到稳定脱磷率、减少排渣量、降低转炉散装料消耗和降低钢铁料消耗的目的。试验数据表明:少渣冶炼炉次脱磷期脱磷率高达50%~60%,排渣量降低20%以上,石灰等散装料吨钢消耗较正常冶炼降低30%~50%,钢铁料吨钢消耗可降低3~5 kg。

The main characteristic of converter less -slag smelting process is the remaining slag meth-od is used to improve the dephosphorization rate of early stage of the converter ( dephosphorization peri-od) .Reduce secondary blowing period ( decarburization period ) for the amount of slag material and increase the rate of final slag dephosphorization so as to achieve stable dephosphorization rate , reduce the discharge capacity , reduce the bulk material consumption of converter and reduce the consumption of steel material .The test data show that the dephosphorization rate is as high as 50% ~60%during decarburization period , slag discharge reduction of about 20%, lime and other bulk material consump-tion decreased by 30% ~50%than normal smelting , steel material consumption can be reduced by 3~5kg.
