啦啦操以其独特的魅力，越来越受到大学女生的喜爱，展示出巨大的发展潜力。通过文献资料法、观察法、专家访谈法、数理统计法及逻辑分析法对常州10所高校啦啦操运动项目的开展情况进行调查，结果表明：常州市10所高校大部分没有开设啦啦操课程，一部分高校开设了舞蹈啦啦操项目，缺乏专业的啦啦操教练员，本文对存在的问题进行深入分析，提出针对性发展策略。

The unique charm of cheerleading contributes to its growing popularity among college girls and demonstrates great potential for development.A survey has been carried out in connection with the progress of opening cheerleading program among ten colleges in Changzhou city by the means of literature,observation, expert interview,mathematical statistics as well as logical analysis.According to the results of the survey,a majority of the ten colleges has not opened cheerleading course yet and only a small part of them has started dance cheerleading,which is lacking in professional cheerleading coaches.This article analyzes the problems in depth and puts forward developmental strategies accordingly.
