目的：观察独一味胶囊对带状疱疹引起疼痛的镇痛作用。方法将53例带状疱疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组应用独一味胶囊，对照组给予加巴喷丁，服药后对其镇痛效果进行评价。结果独一味胶囊的镇痛效果与加巴喷丁相比无显著性差异，独一味胶囊可避免加巴喷丁的副作用。结论独一味胶囊对带状疱疹患者的疼痛感起到有效的缓解作用，该法在带状疱疹临床治疗中值得推广。
목적：관찰독일미효낭대대상포진인기동통적진통작용。방법장53례대상포진환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조응용독일미효낭，대조조급여가파분정，복약후대기진통효과진행평개。결과독일미효낭적진통효과여가파분정상비무현저성차이，독일미효낭가피면가파분정적부작용。결론독일미효낭대대상포진환자적동통감기도유효적완해작용，해법재대상포진림상치료중치득추엄。
Objective To observe the analgesic effect of Duyiwei capsule on herpes zoster. Methods 53 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group and control group;Duyiwei capsule was administrated to patients in observa-tion group while gabapentin to patients in control group, and the analgesic effects in the 2 groups were evaluated. Results There existed no obvious difference in analgesic effect between the 2 groups while Duyiwei capsule led to no side effect of gabapentin. Conclusions Duyiwei capsule is effective to relieve the pain in patients with herpes zoster and it is worthy of wider clinical application.
