目的:通过测定溃疡性结肠炎患者外周血清NO(nitricoxide)、P-选择素(P-selectin),探讨两者在溃疡性结肠炎发病中的相互关系。方法 UC患者60例,其中活动组(n=41),缓解组(n=19),并取同期健康体检者(n=20)作为对照组;取清晨空腹血液以检测其NO、P-selectin、白细胞(WBC)、血小板( PLT)水平。结果 UC活动组的血清中NO、P-selectin水平明显高于缓解组和对照组,差异均具有显著性(P<0.01),而缓解组、对照组两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05),只有活动组中P-selectin与NO的表达存在正相关性(r=0.51,P<0.01)。UC活动组血清中WBC、PLT水平明显高于对照组及缓解组(P<0.01)。结论在UC疾病的发病中,P-selectin与NO可能有协同作用。

목적:통과측정궤양성결장염환자외주혈청NO(nitricoxide)、P-선택소(P-selectin),탐토량자재궤양성결장염발병중적상호관계。방법 UC환자60례,기중활동조(n=41),완해조(n=19),병취동기건강체검자(n=20)작위대조조;취청신공복혈액이검측기NO、P-selectin、백세포(WBC)、혈소판( PLT)수평。결과 UC활동조적혈청중NO、P-selectin수평명현고우완해조화대조조,차이균구유현저성(P<0.01),이완해조、대조조량조간무통계학차이(P>0.05),지유활동조중P-selectin여NO적표체존재정상관성(r=0.51,P<0.01)。UC활동조혈청중WBC、PLT수평명현고우대조조급완해조(P<0.01)。결론재UC질병적발병중,P-selectin여NO가능유협동작용。
Objective To explore the correlation between serum nitricoxide (NO) and P-selectin in the pathogenic process of ulcer-ative colitis (UC). Methods 60 cases with UC were enrolled, 41 in active group and 19 in remission group, and 20 healthy normal were chosen to be control group;the levels of NO, P-selectin, WBC and PLT in fasting blood were detected. Results The levels of serum NO and P-selectin of the cases in active group were much higher than those of the cases in remission group and control group, the difference was of significance (P<0.01) while there existed no statistical difference between remission group and control group (P>0.05);the ex-pressions of NO and P-selectin were positively correlated in active group (r=0.51, P<0.01);the levels of WBC and PLT were much high-er than those in remission group and control group (P<0.01). Conclusions P-selectin and NO may have a synergistic effect in the patho-genic process of UC.
