目的:探讨P糖蛋白(P-gp)和P53蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法53例术前未进行化疗的乳腺癌标本经福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋后,用免疫组织化学方法检测乳腺癌组织中的多药耐药蛋白P-gp和P53的表达情况。结果 P-gp和P53在乳腺癌中的表达分别为49%(26/53)和51%(27/53)。P-gp表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、组织学类型和淋巴结转移状况无关(P>0.05),而P53蛋白的表达除与年龄有关外(P<0.05),与组织学类型和淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05),P-gp在P53阳性病例中的表达明显高于P53阴性者(P<0.01)。结论免疫组织化学法检测P-gp、P53蛋白的表达对评估和指导乳腺癌化疗及预后具有一定的临床价值。

목적:탐토P당단백(P-gp)화P53단백재유선암중적표체급의의。방법53례술전미진행화료적유선암표본경복이마림고정、석사포매후,용면역조직화학방법검측유선암조직중적다약내약단백P-gp화P53적표체정황。결과 P-gp화P53재유선암중적표체분별위49%(26/53)화51%(27/53)。P-gp표체여유선암환자적년령、조직학류형화림파결전이상황무관(P>0.05),이P53단백적표체제여년령유관외(P<0.05),여조직학류형화림파결전이무관(P>0.05),P-gp재P53양성병례중적표체명현고우P53음성자(P<0.01)。결론면역조직화학법검측P-gp、P53단백적표체대평고화지도유선암화료급예후구유일정적림상개치。
Objective To investigate the expression of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) and P53 protein in breast cancer and the significance. Methods Tumor samples from 53 patients with breast cancer, receiving no chemotherapy before surgery, were fixed in formalin and em-bedded with paraffin, and then the expression of P-gp and P53 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of P-gp and P53 protein in breast cancer reached 49%(26/53) ad 51%(27/53) respectively;the expression of P-gp was not correlated with the age of the patients, histological types and lymph node metastasis (P>0.05) while the expression of P53 protein was not correlat-ed with the histological types and lymph node metastasis (P>0.05)but with the age of the patients (P<0.05);the expression of P-gp in P53 positive cases was much higher than that in P53 negative cases (P<0.01). Conclusions The detection of the expressions of P-gp and P53 protein by immunohistochemistry is of certain clinical value in evaluating the effect of chemotherapy for breast cancer and the prog-nosis.
